By Sylvia Gomez, Administrative Liaison, AssetBuilt

I have spent years growing within the auction industry, and in my role as an administrative liaison at AssetBuilt, I have the opportunity to see how much this work is changing.
The industry is moving quickly. Technology is changing the way people research equipment, communicate with buyers, market assets, and make decisions. For businesses that depend on industrial equipment, it can be difficult to keep up with every new tool, trend, and expectation.
That is where AssetBuilt wants to be helpful.
Our goal is not simply to follow what is changing. It is to keep listening, keep learning, and find practical ways to help our customers move forward with more clarity and confidence. We know the value of experience in this industry, and we also know that staying open to new ideas is part of what allows a company to continue serving people well.
Tara, our CEO, brings more than 20 years of auction-industry experience to that work. Her leadership, alongside a team that is willing to think creatively and work hard to bring ideas to life, has helped AssetBuilt continue building with intention.
AssetBuilt Intelligence is one example of that direction. It gives users a way to:
For many people, information like this has traditionally required more time, separate research, or paid resources. We see this tool as a useful starting point—one that can help people better understand the assets that support their business.
"What excites me most is not one tool or one launch. It is the momentum behind what comes next."
AssetBuilt is committed to paying attention to where the industry is headed and asking how we can assist along the way.
We are proud of what has been accomplished, and we are equally aware that there is always more to learn. The auction industry is full of people who adapt, solve problems, and keep moving forward. AssetBuilt plans to do the same: stay connected to the people we serve, stay open to what is possible, and continue building practical solutions for an industry that never stands still.
