AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All former assets are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding condition, merchantability, or fitness for use. Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases. Please refer to the final auction catalog for details.

PAYMENT METHODS: Wire Transfer only unless otherwise specified. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.

REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS: Buyers are responsible for all rigging, dismantling, shipping, and removal logistics. Certificates of Insurance (COI) and approved removal plans may be required prior to equipment pickup. All onsite safety procedures must be followed without exception.

Bidders are encouraged to review all catalog descriptions, photos, and inspection opportunities prior to bidding.
