FACILITY SYNOPSIS

This sale represents a rare opportunity to acquire highly automated robotic welding and EV skateboard manufacturing infrastructure from a modern electric vehicle production environment.

The Oklahoma City facility housed multiple integrated skateboard manufacturing cells featuring robotic MIG welding, spot welding, sealant dispensing, automated material handling, and precision transfer systems designed for high-volume EV chassis and frame production. The former assets include complete robotic manufacturing cells, Fanuc automation platforms, welding systems, safety enclosures, and integrated production support infrastructure.

Utica International Turntables: Automated trunnion turntables and heavy-capacity positioning systems fitted with Destaco actuators and SMC controls.

Automated Parts Handling: Ground-level clamp assemblies, automated transfer systems, and programmable fixture positioning equipment.

4. Sealant Dispensing & Final Assembly Systems

Atlas Copco SCA Systems: Automated sealant dispensing systems with shot meters, pumps, applicators, and robotic integration assemblies.

AS-IS, WHERE-IS: All former assets are sold “As-Is, Where-Is” with no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding condition, fitness for purpose, or merchantability. Buyer’s Premium will be charged at this sale. Please refer to the specific auction catalog for final rates.

PAYMENT METHODS: Acceptable payment methods include Wire Transfer. All invoices must be paid in full within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion.

REMOVAL: All items must be removed by the specified checkout date. Removal and logistics are to be professionally coordinated. All safety procedures, insurance protocol, and removal protocol are to be strictly adhered to. All buyers and riggers must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to any removal activity.

Bidders are required to register online and provide a deposit if required by the auctioneer for large spend limits.
